Shipping policy

Eligible Destinations

Garden Threads Co. currently ships to all 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington D.C. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Order Fulfillment

For in-stock items, our fulfillment team takes 3 to 5 business days to process, pack, and ship orders. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional events.

Shipping Timing

Shipping options and costs will be displayed during checkout. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you can expect to receive your items within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that for orders shipped via DHL, some browser security settings may need to be adjusted to access their tracking page.

Shipping Updates

We will send fulfillment and shipping updates to the email address used to place the order. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for notifications regarding your order status.
